Since its inception in Borås in the 1960s, we have continuously expanded our expertise and capabilities – always with the goal of creating smarter and more sustainable production flows for our customers

Supplier code of conduct
The purpose of our Supplier Code of Conduct is to ensure that the suppliers we collaborate with operate in accordance with internationally recognized standards for human rights, labor rights, and environmental responsibility. Just as we adhere to these principles, we expect the same from our suppliers. Compliance with our Supplier Code of Conduct is a prerequisite for every supplier agreement or contract.
Suppliers are assessed based on their ability to deliver goods and services of good quality, high delivery reliability and service level, good creditworthiness, competitive pricing, and – of course – how their goods and services affect the environment.
Employee code of ethics
Our Code of Conduct addresses the rights and obligations of all employees and covers ethical issues at an individual level, as well as providing guidelines for business practices. It serves as a reminder that every action matters, every day. All employees confirm that they have read and understood the Code of Conduct.

Sustainability in Every Detail
Energy Conservation
As part of our CO2 strategy, we are proud to contribute to the establishment of Sweden’s largest solar park together with nine of our sister companies within the Axel Johnson Group. OCS will purchase solar electricity from the park for the next ten years. Through this initiative, we increase the share of renewable electricity in the Swedish market.
