Variable speed and direction
The trolleys can be operated at different speeds, both forward and backward, with smooth start and stop functions. This provides precise control in sensitive stages such as painting and drying.
Power & Free function
Trolleys with Power & Free function enable flexible movement on driven tracks. Items can be paused for work or inspection, or redirected to different parts of the facility, without stopping the entire production line.
Maximized space utilization
By elevating the transport flow, valuable floor space is freed up. The system can also be combined with vertical lifts and specially designed ovens with a split design to accommodate more parts in a smaller area.

Liquid painting and powder coating
A manufacturer of customized hydraulic cylinders needed a new finishing system for its painting process. They found the perfect solution in the OCS Heavy Duty system, which includes a customized vertical lift, masking platforms, spray booths with robotic functionality, a washing machine, and a specially designed oven. The oven has a split design that allows it to accommodate more parts in a smaller area, leading to increased production capacity.

Conveyor system for sandblasting of steel
The OCS Heavy Duty system for transporting pressed sheet metal parts through the sandblasting process. At workstations after the press line, sheet metal parts are hung on a customized carrier connected to the OCS trolley. The trolleys are transported further to a buffer, through sandblasting, and then to stations for unloading. The control system communicates with the sandblasting plant and ensures that the correct sandblasting process is applied for the different products.
Liquid painting of electric motors
The OCS Heavy Duty overhead conveyor system includes loading stations that supply an automatic buffer with products before the painting station. After the painting station, the motors are transported to a storage area, where the various parts are automatically unloaded by a stacking crane into the storage space. From the storage space, the parts are sent out via the OCS overhead conveyor system to packaging areas in the requested delivery sequence.
Surface treatment of large outdoor screens
The OCS Heavy Duty system was selected for the finishing process of large digital outdoor screens.
