OCS launches OCS Digital Control
Autumn 2020 OCS will launch a new SCADA platform that will enable OCS customers to take a substantial step forward into “Industry 4.0”.
The new OCS DC platform will allow customers to improve efficiency, product quality and safety. With updated features such as advanced reporting, KPI (Key performance indicators) and a large scalability, the customer can monitor and control not only one conveyor system but several systems in several factories simultaneously and get real-time information directly in the mobile using the HTML-5 interface.
The platform also enables the customer to perform cost-effective and time-saving maintenance by analysing the behaviour and movements of the conveyor system. This means that preventive maintenance can be performed before a production stop becomes a reality.
